Bathroom Renovation Prices and Payments
At Striking Bathrooms we offer a unique, easy-to-manage payment structure with no up front payment or lock-in contracts required. We are able to work within budgets to suit most people.
We offer a simple payment structure whereby a progress payment is made at the completion of each of four stages of the construction. We are confident that you will be completely delighted with our service, we give you the unconditional right to cancel at the completion of any stage of the project. We also encourage you to shop around and purchase your own tiles, fittings and fixtures at the best prices available. Of course, you will be able to benefit from our trade discounts by buying from one of our recommended suppliers.
A progress payment of 25% will be required at the completion of each of the following four stages.
Payment Schedule
Stage One - Stripping out
We strip out your old bathroom, remove the old fixtures, tiles, plaster etc.
Stage Two - Building work
As required. This may include changing plumbing (water pipes, waste pipes, sewer etc), straightening walls, replacing timber, electrical rewiring, plastering and waterproofing.
Stage Three - Tiling
Completion of tiling work.
Stage Four - Installation
This would include the fitting and installation of fixtures including the vanity unit, tap ware, toilet, mirrors, power points, lighting etc.
Fitting of shower screen can be arranged within a few days after the completion of stage four.
Price Guide
We are happy to discuss constructing your bathroom within your budget. Variations in the total cost will largely depend on variables such as the size of the room, quality of materials and fixtures and the complexity of the design. The following packages are provided as examples of the total cost of a potential bathroom renovation or construction.
Basic Bathroom
Price range $12,000.00 to $16,000.00.
A bathroom in this range will be ideal for an investment property, second home or for people looking for a quality bathroom on a moderate budget.
Deluxe Bathroom
Price range $16,000.00 to $20,000.00.
A Deluxe Bathroom would include higher quality tiles and fittings including tap ware, semi-frameless shower, back-to-wall porcelain pan and cistern etc.
Premium Bathroom
From $20,000.00.
A bathroom at this level will include superior quality European tiles and fixtures, such as fully frameless glass shower screen, luxurious bath and possibly bespoke stone work and cabinetry.
Commercial Bathrooms
